Cumberland House (1964) is a 64-metre 18-floor office block on Broad Street, Five Ways, Edgbaston.

It is being converted into a 285-room Hampton-by-Hilton hotel with a conference centre, fitness suite and restaurant.

Work should be completed in summer 2012 (News Archive 11/12/10).
