Aston Railway Station is on the
Cross City
Line and the
Birmingham-Walsall-Wolverhampton Line. It has an annual passenger
usage of around 170,000.
The station sits on an embankment above the A5127 Lichfield
Road. The facilities include a payphone, seated area and two
platforms.
Trains bound for New Street generally stop every ten minutes
during the daytime and every twenty minutes in the evening from
Monday to Saturday and at thirty minute intervals on Sunday.
Trains bound for Walsall generally stop every thirty minutes in
the daytime and hourly in the evening. |
