It provides supported accommodation and housing support for young people aged 16-25.

And runs 28 supported accommodation projects containing a total of 363 flats and bedsits in Birmingham and North Worcestershire.

Until recently, it provided housing support for the elderly on behalf of Birmingham City Council; however, this contract was cancelled in January 2011 (News Archive 22/01/11).

And also promotes Irish projects and provides access to funding and services required by the Irish community.

It supports voluntary action in Birmingham and provides advice, guidance and information to third sector organisations.

It also assists individuals to find voluntary work and helps voluntary organisations recruit volunteers.

It provides services for the social, health, welfare and development needs of the Chinese community.

The facilities include a library, computer suite, 20-capacity meeting room and 100-capacity meeting/sports/dining hall.
