The apartments come in four sizes: small, medium, large and extra-large; they radiate in wedge shapes from the central core of the Rotunda. Each is individually styled with specially-commissioned furniture, original artwork and floor-to-ceiling glazing.

All the apartments command spectacular views; the facilities include a 24/7 concierge and chargeable car parks at New Street Station and the Bull Ring.
