An adult matinee ticket costs £5.00 before 5pm and £6.75 thereafter. Junior, senior and student tickets cost £4.50. There is a fully-licensed bar, the Starlight Lounge, and secure on-site parking for 1400 vehicles.

All screens have wheelchair access and there are four disabled toilets.

The cinema shows mainstream Hollywood and some Bollywood films. Some movies are screened in 3D and digital format. There is a licensed bar.

A standard adult ticket costs £5.10 before 5pm and £6.85 thereafter. Concessions are £4.50. Standard adult tickets cost £4.50 on bargain Tuesdays. Moviegoers can buy an unlimited entrance card for £14.99 per month.
