There is a giant-screen-cinema at Millennium Point, Curzon Street, Eastside.

It was formerly the Birmingham IMAX which closed in September 2011.

The cinema has since reopened with a new projection system.

It shows digital 3-D movies on a giant screen as tall as a 5-storey building and as wide as 4 buses parked end-to-end.

There is secure on-site parking for 750 vehicles and good wheelchair access with 8 bays in the auditorium.
