Lozells Methodist Church Centre is on Gerrard Street, Lozells. It is a red-brick Gothic building dating from 1892 and is both a place of worship and community hall. Activities range from dance, drama, arts and crafts to computer and internet access, youth and homework clubs, education and training programmes. A £600,000 refurbishment was completed in March 2011; the centre now contains state-of-the-art meeting and function rooms, recording and dance studios (News Archive 05/03/11). |
