Ackers Adventure Park

Overview: Ackers Adventure Park

Ackers is an outdoor adventure activity centre off Golden Hillock Road in the Sparkbrook area of south-east Birmingham.

It is set in 70 acres of parkland and contains an events tower, two climbing walls, a 100-metre dry-ski slope, an obstacle course and an archery course.

The River Cole and the Birmingham and Warwick Canal run through the park, which was formerly a test area for Birmingham Small Arms.

Ackers is a registered charity; many of its activities are subsidised.
